In order to succeed and enjoy your role in WFC staff, you need to be friendly, flexible and patient. We do appreciate the experience you may have from earlier events, but experience is not demanded, since we will train you. Mostly we do appreciate the right kind of attitude and hands-on approach towards different kinds of tasks and problem solving skills.

When coming from abroad, we expect  you to be at least 18 of age and at least 14 if you are living in capitol area of Finland. During the WFC week we expect you to be available for volunteer tasks at least for three days.

We offer you a valuable experience and Magical Games 2010 staff uniform/clothes, participation certificate, accreditation for the MG 2010 (possibility to watch matches when not on duty) and one meal per work shift. We are willing to help you with your studies and if organising a sport event is part of your practical training or for example sport management studies, WFC2010 could just be the place to earn some credits!
